This is by far one of our most ambitious residential projects. How may people put a spa on their roof to enjoy the view of the lake? This one does along with roof top putting greens.

The contemporary design was inspired by the owner’s desire for an airy front and the large wings house 2 master suites, 3 additional bedrooms, a sunken dining room and a whole wing for the in-laws apartments with two bedrooms in each. All equipped to age in place, keeping the family all together.

The courtyard pool with a sunken pool bar and infinity edge all give sweeping views of the property and lake.

One of the most interesting aspects of this house is that all the interior finishes, furnishings and accessories are coming with a team of 3 from China to be installed once construction is completed.

If you dream it, we can design it.
